Therapy tailored to you

My approach is humanistic and integrative, meaning I tailor our work to suit your individual needs, drawing from different therapeutic models to support your unique experience. I offer a confidential space and will assist you to explore the challenges you are facing, whether they feel clear and immediate or more complex and long-standing. I work with individual adults navigating a wide range of problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult experiences, loss, low self-esteem, sexuality, relationship problems. My aim is to support you to explore your unique internal world where you may gain new insights and fresh perspectives that help you find the path that feels best for you.

What does a session look like?

Sessions are 50mins long and are flexibly held as suitable to your requirements, either in a comfortable private room in-person located in Highcliffe Dorset, or via video call.

Sessions tend to be held weekly starting from 6 weeks duration with a 24hrs cancellation notice period. I have limited availability on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am - 8pm £55 per session.

Before we have our first session we will arrange an initial no-obligation telephone call to help you begin to decide if I may be the right therapist for you. I believe the quality of the relationship between counsellor and client is key.
